We’re working with the top event marketing agency in the region. “15 Minutes” Inc., has cultivated relationships (and great rates!) with the regions’ major media outlets. They are able to deliver extraordinary added value on top of our six-figure spend. To effectively reach riders (and newbies) for the Philadelphia Motorcycle Show, we are geo- targeting key demographics with a mass media mix, detailed as follows:
PRINT
- We will appear in the major dailies- Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News for three weeks leading up to the Show
- Large display and classified ads will appear in twenty different regional newspapers distributed in five counties surrounding the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center
- We will use proven external standouts like Post-It notes on newspaper mastheads
- Distribution of Posters and Coupons at local dealerships
- Extensive Flyer campaign at local motorcycle events throughout the spring and summer
BROADCAST

- Comcast Spotlight commercials during the airing of Superbikes, American Thunder and selected road racing broadcasts

- We’re using viral marketing to drive attendees to the Show
- PR Web sources our news to 30,000 internet and news outlets
- We will place web banners on key sites and post commentary on blogs to reach our hardcore base

- Hard Knocks Motorcycle Entertainment and Everything-but-the-Bike’s Allan Lane will cross promote our event during Clutch Control and The School of Hard Knocks Amateur Custom Bike Build Off
